Always a wonderful experience when I come to this location. Fast and friendly service and the coffee is always great! Thank you.
The iced matcha latte was good overall, just got to remember to ask for an extra pump of sweetener when being asked if I want sweetener in it as it was a bit bland in that area.
Best Starbucks in Mt Juliet, quality convenience and cleanliness. I order a lot of venti salted caramel cream cold brews. Cyd makes the best out of all Starbucks. Whatever she and her coworkers are doing, multiply and more stores will succeed. Thank you!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a good place for drinks like the iced matcha latte and venti salted caramel cream cold brews. The location in Mt Juliet is known for quality, convenience, and cleanliness. The customer service is a highlight, with staff going above and beyond. One employee helped find special Teacher Appreciation gift cards for a customer. Another staff member ran to get cream to make a perfect latte after running out. A different employee remembered a detail from a customer's order the next day. The service from these staff members is described as the best experience.
