The customer service in this location sucks I am waiting for 20 minutes in line but they are taking forever to get the order

This was INSANE. No one was at the drive-thru so I pulled up to pickup my mobile order. I'm told twice "hold on". Finally someone else interjects and I tell them I am just picking up a mobile drink. I get to the window and the same guy that had ignored me has his back turned to me and will not open the window. Another five minutes go by- no one in front of me, and now the line growing behind me. Finally, he opens the window and I say "Hey, what's the deal?" He tells me he was "taking an order".
Ok but you wouldn't take mine? And then you ignored me while my coffee set right in front of the window getting cold? Honestly it was super upsetting because who wants to be treated like they don't matter? When you pay $7.36 for a MEDIUM coffee- you don't get a greeting, don't receive good service, and not even an apology for being ignored multiple times in one transaction?

I love this starbucks. Most of the Baristas know me and know my order. They are definitely some of the friendliest people when you come in. I have been to multiple starbucks and never encountered the sweet people they have employed there!

I consistently get someone else’s drink at the drive through or they mess up my order. Happens way too often at this Starbucks. I’ve gotten the correct order maybe 4 of the last 10 times I’ve been there.

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever encountered. The baristas actually care about making sure the espresso is “espresso’ing” and the managers and Supervisors are top-tier. It’s always nice when they remember my order and even my extra cup of ice :) if I ever run into a problem with my order, they are more than happy to fix it with no problem at all, but the only complaint I have is having to drive back to have it remade due to gas in a v8 and time management. Huge shout out to Grace for always being polite and caring! She definitely does her job well!

Great little spot if you need to work for a couple hours and need to plug in. Drinks are the normal stuff but it's semi quiet (baristas still have to be making drinks ;) ) There are a few patio tables and a drive thru. Parking lot is small and parking is hard to come by.
I went in this Starbucks to pick up an online order my wife had placed through the app. After standing for a few minutes with our 2 yr old on my hip a lady behind the counter asked what I was waiting for and the name on the order. Turns out the order wasn’t there… After calling my wife we found that the app had switched the store from our regular one to a store in Lebanon (guessing it was a GPS issue). Instead of making me run to Lebanon the lady asked what I had ordered, had it made and gave it to me. Outstanding service and I am now a loyal customer to this store.
