We walked in, went to the cashier, and were totally ignored. Nine people working there, walking past, getting items right in front of us and no acknowledgement. No telling us that someone would be right with us, we felt invisible. I’m a two per day Starbucks person (for decades) and this was really weird. We got disgusted and just left.

My drink was great and service was quick: my main complaint is that there is very little room to sit. I went with two friends to hang out over coffee, and we had to pull chairs up to a two-seater table, which is ridiculous. If they don't want people to sit in the dining room, they should close it and move to drive-thru only, like Dutch Bros. or 7Brew already have. If they want to be a 3rd space, the dining room needs to have more seating and feel less sterile.

The lady that took my order was very nice and took my regular (iced) order and made it hot for me. Whoever actually MADE the drink did perfect. And made my Husband’s usual drink more perfect than usual as well. Top notch super happy with the morning team today!

I love a morning latte. My daughter says there is no other hot chocolate like Starbucks. The atmosphere is everything. Everytime being here you can tell that its a neighborhood favorite. The staff is friendly and respectful. The store is clean and every beverage is handled with care and providing great taste with daily consistency.
