Great value for the money, delivered hot and freshly cooked. They got the special order correct which was awesome. Only issue was that both entrees had the same type of meet and one was way chewier than the other. But other than that, was good!

I ordered a large egg drop soup and as I was about to eat it I kept feeling hard things in my soup. After digging out 7 of whatever these are out of my soup I barely had any soup left. How do you not know that you have 7 of these huge meat dumplings in a quart of soup. If that’s the case most of the food must be cross contaminated if you have meat dumplings in soup.

Fast, cheap (ish), middle of the road Chinese food. Not super flavored. The place up N Mount Juliet road next to Kroger is better.

I've been here several times. The food is always hot and fresh. The ambiance is ok. It's more of a take out, although they do have tables inside to sit down and eat. I like to stop by after work and take it home. It is moderately priced.

Born and raised New Mexican here who married a MJ native. I have a sick obsession with American Chinese food and this place has never failed. It's not the best food you've ever had but it's pretty solid. My husband and I state "a solid 80-90 everytime and it's always hot". They also closed last year for their daughter's graduation and the fact that this place is local makes this place even better. They finally opened the inside too! I had a conversation with a coworker in Nashville about good eats in MJ and we both said Sunny was on the list so while it won't change your life, you at least won't waste your money

Its good to satisfy a last minute Asian food fix craving. The only “Chinese” food in the south side of MJ.Their portions are unpredictable in my experience. Sometimes they packed the container, sometimes its not packed in there with their lomein. I do enjoy their lomein and chicken wings. :) also with their combos with the inconsistencies with portions.
What a pleasant surprise. We just moved here from Alabama, and we were looking a quick meal on Saturday night. They were quick and very nice. The food was very good. I had a beef & Broccoli combo platter. The beef was cooked perfectly and the broccoli was equally as perfect. It’s sounds very simple, but you would be surprised how many places over cook the beef & broccoli. The rest the family said that their food was also very good.

We were staying at the hotel next door and were very happy to be able to walk just a few steps for dinner. The service was quick and friendly. The food came out quickly. Large, hot servings. Basic Chinese flavors but very filling. It looked like the restaurant did a large carry out business but there were clean tables to dine in so we did.

The food was not tasteful at all. The fried rice was not your typical fried rice it was like white rice with soy sauce in it. The staff were very nice. The atmosphere was very nice it was a very clean place. The food was just very disappointing.
