We have ordered the brisket, ribs, Mac and cheese, honey broccoli, smoked chicken salad, veggie skewers and it is all spectacular flavor. I’m super excited about the fact that it’s seed oil free!! This family owned business has the BEST service. We just did take out for Father’s Day and it was definitely a hit with the whole family.
The greater Nashville metropolitan area is home to many good BBQ eateries. But it's home to only a handful of great ones. While I haven't tried everything on offer, The Candied Rib Company seems well on their way to establishing itself as one of the greats. I drove approximatley 2 hrs to try these candied ribs and bacon dippers. I wasnt able to get the bacon dippers because they sold out. I did get 2 racks of ribs 1 candied and 1 dry rub. I also got the honey broccoli, chicken skewers and shrimp skewers. I came with 6 people and the restaurant doesnt have this type seating.
