I was super excited when I saw the outside. It is so adorable and cute. But, that is deceiving. All I wanted was a large hot oat milk vanilla latte, and a chicken and cheese panini. The picture of the chicken and cheese sandwich looked amazing. What I got was a panini with shredded chicken in a greasy box. I not even sure if it was actually chicken. The picture of the sandwich showed a chicken breast not shredded. The latte first came out iced so she took it back to make it a hot latte. I’m pretty sure I did not get the oat milk. I’m pretty sure it was regular milk and then it was a medium wasn’t even a large. I only said it about four times because the girl couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. I will never go back.

The sweetest people work here! We ordered food and drinks and I forgot my food and he came outside to remind me that I still had food cooking! It was absolutely delicious! Very great customer service and food & drink
I last went to a Tim Hortons over a decade ago now so my experience then vs. now is a bit of a hazy memory. But in a rare instance, neither the coffee or doughnut really stood out to me. I would this place another chance but as of now, it is not worth going out of way for. The stafff on the otherhand were extremely pleasant.

I love this Tim's but you do need to fix a glitch in your offer system on the app. Have tried several times to get a latte for $2 but it will never work and no one there knows how to make it work. It is for a regular latte but they said they don't have a regular latte available.

Coffee, donuts, and food all worth trying. I visit a little too often to get myself a Carmel Iced Coffee and a donut. Take out only as there’s no sitting area but I always place a mobile order which they always have done by the time I arrive.
