It's hit or miss. Make sure to double-check after receiving your order. I go here a few times a month since the beginning of this year. Missing items and even sauces are an issue, whether they come with the meal or you pay extra for more. I usually order through the app.

The tenders are plenty crispy and I love the seasoning on the fries. Sometimes they lay on the seasoning a little too thick and the fries become too salty.

They gave me 2 packets of Zaxbys sauce for my meal, which is okay I guess. It probably would be nicer if they gave you 3 for 5 or more tender piece meals.

Its good. Its probably worth going there once ever 9 months to a year or so.

review update so it's 20:25 July and I went back to Zaxby's to try them again and again they failed so I ordered the six piece chicken tender meal I wanted hot honey mustard and when I get home open my plate it was a simple order It was not that apparently they gave me lemon pepper The guy told me to bring the chicken back the next day after my 12 hours shift along with the receipt instead of accepting that they fixked up this was my last time
I love Zaxby’s but the Zaxby’s in Mount Juliet is the worst this is my third or fourth time going there my wings are not all the way fully cooked I can’t even get a grilled chicken cooked all the way I’m just done

I’m usually a huge fan of Zaxby’s and have never had a bad experience but this location is a one off. Horrible food, filthy environment and rude employees! Choose wisely several better locations nearby.
