Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My biggest complaint on this location is the rotten salads they always sell. I believe I’m finished taking my chances there.

review update so it's 20:25 July and I went back to Zaxby's to try them again and again they failed so I ordered the six piece chicken tender meal I wanted hot honey mustard and when I get home open my plate it was a simple order It was not that apparently they gave me lemon pepper The guy told me to bring the chicken back the next day after my 12 hours shift along with the receipt instead of accepting that they fixked up this was my last time
I love Zaxby’s but the Zaxby’s in Mount Juliet is the worst this is my third or fourth time going there my wings are not all the way fully cooked I can’t even get a grilled chicken cooked all the way I’m just done

I’m usually a huge fan of Zaxby’s and have never had a bad experience but this location is a one off. Horrible food, filthy environment and rude employees! Choose wisely several better locations nearby.

food was great. my only complaint is that the sweet tea is made with raw sugar and it tastes like crap because of it.

It doesn’t take 20 mins to bake cookies and then 20 more mins for them to cool like I was told by the employee. People are just lazy and didn’t want to cook them. If you bake a cookie for 20 mins it’s going to look like a hockey puck.

Food's a hit or miss but service has been great anytime I've gone. Very friendly!

Solid spot to grab a quick bite. Tenders have more flavor than most and are usually well prepared. Fries are solid, with good seasoning.

It saddens me that after years of giving this place 5 stars, I am changing it to 1. I ordered online last night about 10-15 minutes before I got there. When I pulled through the drive thru, I was told to pull up. I waited for 15 minutes while they serviced several other guests, and then I went inside to see what the issue was. I told them I had an order for pick up and she asked me the name and then told them I was there and that it would be a few minutes. I told her that I had already been waiting 15 minutes and asked how much longer it would be. She turned around and bagged someone else's order, stood there for a moment, then turned back around and told me it would be a minute. They serviced other guests while I waited, but most of the time there was a gathering of 3-4 employees standing around talking while the cooks were laughing and making jokes. After waiting 15 more minutes, I finally got my order, which was a total of approximately 45 minutes after I ordered it. I was never given a reason as to why my order took so long, and considering that it was chicken and fries, I am very confused. Did none of the other people they were servicing while I waited order chicken and fries? I find this very unlikely. If I had known it would take 30+ mins, I would not have ordered. What is the point of online ordering if it takes even longer when you get there? I have never been treated like this before and do not understand why this happened. No one else was pulled up or waiting and they were obviously slow enough to joke around and talk with their coworkers, no one was in a hurry at all. I just cannot imagine if I had the same work ethic at my job. I would give 0 stars if I could, do better.
