Terrible service. The drive-thru worker (and manager) was very rude as we were ordering and when it was brought to her attention, continued to be rude. I understand that we may all have bad days but when you are in a customer service position, you have to separate that from the way you treat customers. There is no need to talk down to your customers or treat them terrible.
Got the first pork chop gravy biscuit from e stone and it was great enough for me to want to treat my mom to one. Got the second in Mt. Carmel where service is pleasant but biscuit was smaller and almost no gravy ( dry ). Very disappointed for us both.
