This use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant, until the past two times I've ordered from them. First time,I placed an order over the phone, picked up,went home and realized after a bite it was general tso instead of sesame (like i ordered) called them to see if my husband could pick up the right order on his way home since we lived 20 minutes away. They told us no,I would need to bring the order back to see they got it wrong. She gave me an attitude the entire time I was explaining what they gave us was NOT sesame chicken. After they made us the right order, I had the two orders side by side to show the VERY obvious difference. Essentially drove 80 minutes just for their food and was never even given a sorry.2nd time. This time I ordered in restaurant. I ordered sesame and was given general tso. An attitude again the whole time I was trying to fix the order.For a mom who has kids who want Chinese for dinner but don't like spicy...they will not eat general tso period. There is a huge different between G.T and sesame,especially to kids. You don't get upset at the customers because whoever is making or bagging the food,is doing it wrong. But I will not be back. Sad how this place has changed in over 10 years from when I've first ate there.

We've been coming here for years and not one time has our order been wrong. The food is always wonderful and the service is fast. I thought I was good at multitasking until I saw the girl who takes the orders. She makes it look so easy, I don't know how she does it.. amazing!!

I don't usually do this, but my experience in one word, Horrible. Waiting 40 minutes for an order placed over the phone. 10 min before anyone even acknowledged i was there. Instead the woman was pulling bags and grabbing sauce. I had to yell just to get her to come talk to me. Then ignored me and continued grabbing bags while i waited for my card to leave. Got home to find my chicken raw. I called for a refund for the same woman to argue with me for 5 minutes on whether I deserve a refund or not. Absolute trash. Millington mandarin wok is SO MUCH better. I see a history or them serving raw chicken. Seems they need an inspection

This place is lucky there is no competition... even if you order online, you still have to wait about 20 minutes in line to pay and then they actually start your order. Their prices keep going up but the quality and quantity of food keeps going down.
