It's always something with this location either the food is cold, old, and nasty or the customer service is awful. I've got a big family and anytime I've came I haven't been happy about the experience at all. If your craving a delicious beef and cheddar I'd advise a different location. If I could have posted this without any stars I would have smh

I tried the advertised turkey burger. It was just ok. My curly fries were luke warm. I also had the mac and cheese bites, they were just ok. My wife had the classic French dip, it wasn't hot either. The cheese wasn't even melted. The restaurant was clean, and the person who took our order was nice.

It was good except the curly fries was cold.
The servings are getting smaller. The beef and cheddar I was given today at the at the drive thru was as hard as a rock no telling how long it had been sitting.

First of all I am sick and tired of going to the drive-thru and being told to pull at the end of the building and I'll bring out the food and there's no-one behind me but they're falsifying their times in the Drive-Thru to their corporate office. First of that policy was designed to increase productivity and provide customers faster drivevthru experiences, and you don't provide accurate data to the office then they make any adjustments to the policy. So what you are doing is helping no one. If anything you hurting and inconveniencing people , namely John q public. It all starts at sign where you order your food , you sit there and sit there, until the customer at drive thru windows has departed, then they take your order. Enough on that subject , I am getting away from what my actual complaint is. I ordered 2 Ruebens sandwiches, and 2 turn overs. Came to 21.00 insane by the way. The cut the sandwiches in half for presentation and to make it easier to handle. I hope they allow pics , but if they don't I will be as descriptive as possible. When I pulled my sandwich I was so mad for purposely be deceived , by putting 1/3 of the meat that it usually come with and rolled up and placed in middle of bread where it is cut in half but more than 2/3 of the bread was naked with nothing on it. I know and understand the affects of covid. Either the price was to go up to offset the loss , or the size or quanity would be modified to offset the loss. Either one is understandable but you aong so many others are doing both, and the patrons are paying the price. Quit using the covid epidemic as a crutch, just manage your businesses. Take care of the customers quickly and with integrity and always with a smile.

The service was dull the worst part about it was my sandwich bun being burnt really bad and there wasn’t much cheese on the sandwich. There was a little bit on the wrapper, but I just couldn’t get past the burnt part. Anytime I ever go there it’s absolutely disgusting. I tried to give them another chance, but I will never do it again.
Was Served by Jennifer Odom and let me tell you . Her customer service was on point. My food took a bit because they had just opened but she was informative and let me know . So refreshing to have such a pleasant person at the window . Her smile and attitude made my visit awesome. Thank Jennifer for being awesome . And she told me her birthday was coming up soon . Happy early birthday ms. Lady !! You deserve a great day
We had great friendly service, we had a big order and the food was hot and fresh the curly fries are amazing.
