Ordered a roast beef double meal, drove the thirty minutes home, opened my sandwich up and it was covered in cheese!!!! Cheese all over the sandwich inside and outside of the bun!!! Very disappointing!
My Buddy & I went to Arby’s for lunch today. Ordered our food it came out sooner then it should have . When we got home & opened our food , all of it was cold & on my Gyro bread taste stale & both of our foods was cold even the fries tased Stale
Went into Arbys with my family tonight after a movie. When we entered there was no one around. There was a large wet streak all the from the front counter to the drink station, no wet floor signs and my very pregnant daughter almost fell.One girl finally came to take our order. We ordered our food and my husband and I both ordered the fish sandwich. We both specifically asked for cheese.
