The delicious food and pleasant atmosphere is great, but the gracious assistance of the staff is what I find most drawing. I was the recipient of a most unexpected get-well surprise today. My daughter and I needed the most unexpected surprise. Thank you so much. I have been a customer since Panera moved to the Boro. Thank you once again.
Good food, fresh ingredients, and a nice variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads. Panera can get a little pricey, but if you order from the value menu, it’s still possible to get a good-quality, filling meal at a reasonable price. Overall, a good option when you want something a little better than typical fast food without spending a fortune.
Excellent customer service from Candy! I go to Panera bread at least twice a week love the food and the service. Candy has helped me several times with my order through the drive-thru window always with a smile and excellent communication. Thank you for your hard work. 🤗
