The delicious food and pleasant atmosphere is great, but the gracious assistance of the staff is what I find most drawing. I was the recipient of a most unexpected get-well surprise today. My daughter and I needed the most unexpected surprise. Thank you so much. I have been a customer since Panera moved to the Boro. Thank you once again.
Excellent customer service from Candy! I go to Panera bread at least twice a week love the food and the service. Candy has helped me several times with my order through the drive-thru window always with a smile and excellent communication. Thank you for your hard work. 🤗
they do me right every time 🥰 I customized my salad and got extra dressing and they gave me way more than I thought :) and I got a free cookie because of the rewards get the app if you don’t have it already!!! :) thanks panera
