The girl who took our order (approximately 9am on 2/24/24) got our complete order wrong. We picked up our food and all but one item was wrong. She clearly needs to improve her listening skills or show a care in the world about her job. It appeared we unconvinced her.
Girl at order pickup never greeted me or asked why I was there and very unfriendly. Lunchtime today . Workers all seemed unfriendly except for Girl at front door on register . Will never come

I had never tried Panera until recently and while it is a little more pricey than I typically like to eat out it is well worth it. I highly suggest the avocado bacon melt and chocolate croissant!! I've been also looking for alternatives to Starbucks mocha frappes and their frozen chocolate latte was super good. A little bit of a wait but it was fine.
