I had never tried Panera until recently and while it is a little more pricey than I typically like to eat out it is well worth it. I highly suggest the avocado bacon melt and chocolate croissant!! I've been also looking for alternatives to Starbucks mocha frappes and their frozen chocolate latte was super good. A little bit of a wait but it was fine.

The girl who took our order (approximately 9am on 2/24/24) got our complete order wrong. We picked up our food and all but one item was wrong. She clearly needs to improve her listening skills or show a care in the world about her job. It appeared we unconvinced her.

Because of its convenient location, this Panera has become one of my favorite places to study. The Panera app makes ordering convenient, offering order updates by text. The store is always clean, and the service is always welcoming. The food does tend to be overpriced, but I suppose that's to be expected from a chain restaurant. Overall, this is the preferred Panera in Murfreesboro.

I was highly disappointed after ordering food through the drive thru. I got the Baja bowl and the chicken was like leather I couldn’t eat any of it, the avocado was brown and the “warm” bowl was cold. My first couple bites I bit into a chicken bone. Absolutely disgusting and waste of money.

One of our bowls was dirty we found out when my daughter got to the bottom of it unfortunately. We were the only ones there but it was still slow service. One of the main ingredients were out of inventory. The bread was so hard that I felt like a wild animal tearing away at a carcass. For me and my daughter to eat from a dirty bowl and stale bread and just water to drink was $30. What is going on in this country! We’re supposed to be the best.The chicken Caesar salad did taste good.
