Twist pretzel is one of those small businesses that truly get it - they understand their customers and remember your order if you stop by enough. I've never had a bad experience, even on their most chaotic days. They've even gone above and beyond, preparing my food a little early because I forgot my lunch before work. Their team of young adults is not only hilarious but also incredibly friendly. They genuinely value their customers, and I can speak for others when I say we value them just the same.

The food is perfect and delicious, but one reason why the one-star is you don’t do free refills, period.

I’m not coming back to this place unless you guys can do free refills. I know that sounds selfish, but please considered doing free refills.

Love it here!! Always clean, fun friendly service, great fresh food, and prices are great! The portions are pretty big and veggies are cut daily, with prices that are no more than any other processed fast food. All while supporting a small local family business.

This shit was a masterpiece, absolutely amazing. The sub was toasted to perfection, also I could taste the very fresh ingredients. Don’t even get me started with how nice the owner Scottie is, we had a great conversation and I can tell he really tell he cares a lot about his business and customer. 5 BIG BOOMS!

We did two separate orders for a work celebration for National Pretzel Day on 4/26. Big Twist Pretzels blew us away with the quality of their pretzels and their friendly service. We will definitely order again! Thank you so much for a great experience.

Auntie Annie’s used to be my favorite pretzels. They always have been. NOT ANYMORE. Once I tried this place I knew it would be number one. Plus it’s here in the Borough, auntie Anne’s is all the way in Nash! Best pretzels I’ve ever had. Jusy try it, you’ll see for yourself.
