The place is great for kids. The food is good but over priced. And the lady working bringing out orders was very rude. She was so hateful jerked the buzzer from my hand. when getting my order. Then we ask for 2 pizza boxes to take home our left overs. The little guy working with her made us 2 pizza boxes and he was handing them to us and she jerked them from him and said NO! those are for my on line orders. The food was gross I guess it's perfect for kids though. The customer service was terrible. When you walk in its confusing to what you do either order or sit or play. Then you have a group of teenagers standing in groups at the entrance trying to figure out what they are going to do. After getting stamped you should have some one kind of guide the traffic and answering questions.
