After having issues back in February and seeing negative reviews I wanted to turn a negative into positive. I called tonight to follow up on a refund that was to be issued on the problem order (caused my the door dash driver that delivered) back in February... yes a month later, I was originally told the refund would take two weeks. However Brandon at the Cason Lane location was so courteous and attentive to the issue, he figured out why the refund never processed and got it corrected...read full review
Ordered on the app, and immediately called to change order but they said the pizza was already in the oven so they couldn't do anything. And theres no option to cancel in app
It was edible. I have had better.
