If they had a “0” star rating I would give it, we went to celebrate a birthday and the service from the “manager” REBEKKA was terrible.He treated us the worst since we arrived, he went to move the table and my family and I were eating and we asked him that when we finished eating we would move and he told me no that I should take my plate and move at that moment for me it is Terrible treatment and even more so coming from the “manager” herself and she told us that if we wanted to continue sitting there at that table we had to pay 300 dollars more, they made my entire family have a bad time and she even sent for security personnel and I still had a terrible attitude towards him, he didn't move from there until he managed to move us. I want to highlight that we were about 15 people and the bill was big $$$ with this type of services it doesn't make you want to return for these experiences better go somewhere else Why does this person give terrible treatment?

Staff super friendly!! Had grandson’s birthday there and they made sure everything moved smoothly, all decorations were provided and were very friendly!! Whoever manages this place gets 2 snaps in ensuring guests delight!!

The place is great for kids. The food is good but over priced. And the lady working bringing out orders was very rude. She was so hateful jerked the buzzer from my hand. when getting my order. Then we ask for 2 pizza boxes to take home our left overs. The little guy working with her made us 2 pizza boxes and he was handing them to us and she jerked them from him and said NO! those are for my on line orders. Then she said you can't have those you will have to put it in these white Styrofoam boxs. She was huffing and puffing the whole night very unproffessional. Never ever been treated that way before. She is really hurting there business for sure.
The food was gross I guess it's perfect for kids though. The customer service was terrible. When you walk in its confusing to what you do either order or sit or play. Then you have a group of teenagers standing in groups at the entrance trying to figure out what they are going to do. After getting stamped you should have some one kind of guide the traffic and answering questions.

We just hosted a bday party for my four year old today! The manager Robyn and our party hostess Saleice were amazing! We will absolutely be back for fun and games as well as our 7yr olds bday party! 10/10

Just left Chuck E. Cheese - this was the first time bringing my daughter to this location and while we had a fun time playing games when it was time to check out with our tickets I stood at the counter for about 5 mins waiting for someone to help me then I went over to the food counter and found Rebecca the manager, I asked for help with our tickets and had rewards on the app that I wasn’t sure how to redeem and Rebecca seemed very annoyed that I had bothered her from her conversation with her coworker and had an attitude with my daughter and I while she tried to pick out her prizes. The whole exchange left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back to this location. Super disappointing ending to what would’ve otherwise been a great day.
