Ate here once before using a delivery service and it was pretty good. Wanted to try the food fresh by eating there. First impression was that the place had a very strange vibe and the decor was shoddy, but hey... if the food’s good, who cares? The brisket sounded good, although I had to ask what “Jus Lie” sauce was and the wait-staff told me it was “basically Ajuis sauce” Apparently, by the taste of it — salty as all getout — it was beef jerky marinade. I didn’t get the irony of the menu’s sauce name until it was too late. My wife got the chicken fettuccine pasta— sauce was watery and bland, chicken was rubbery. Overall, the place was a bad choice as I burped up jerky seasoning for 2 days. The servers seemed nice however.
I forget what is call . But is so delicious
Good for and service. Kitchen needs to pay attention to orders so they are correct.
Wonderful food and great service. The fried goat cheese sandwich was especially great!
They have really good food.
Bland, overpriced menu. More American food than mexican.
This used to be our favorite restaurant in Murfreesboro, and we even supported the Nolensville location when a second one was added. However, what we experienced today was unbelievable. While the decor and service have never been great, the food was almost inedible. Firstly, we got the chips and queso (which used to be great), but now it tastes like homemade, old Rotel dip. Then we opted to split the gumbo (again.. used to be amazing) and the rice was undercooked so much so that my teeth hurt from crunching on it.
We both ordered old favorites for our entrees (12 spice Mac and cheese and Bloody Mary steak quesadilla) and they were not even recognizable as the dishes we once knew and loved. The cheese in the pasta tasted old and none of the food was seasoned well at all.
I believe the previous owner or chef or whoever was in charge actually had a good palate and cared about the quality of ingredients and the dishes that they created. Obviously something terrible has happened and we are not returning or recommending anyone to this restaurant until this is remedied.
This is a restaurant conveniently located in the West part of Murfreesboro they offer a variety of different dishes and the staff has always friendly and ready to help Your dining experience
Always been one of the best restaurants in the boro. Love it!
Had the rattlesnake pasta and bloody Mary quesadilla. Pasta portion was large and flavor was ok, but the quesadilla disappointing. There was hardly any filling in it and a small amount of steak. The weird thing is for a 1$ more I could have had the pasta? I had asked if the quesadilla was enough for a meal and was told yes. Service was good and attentive.

Waited about 45 minutes while being the only table with people. Food was extremely mediocre. Veggies not even remotely cooked and the chicken was rubbery. The store-bought bread was smackin though
The best menu!
Pretty mediocre. This is a long established Murfreesboro restaurant, but it's in need of a menu and atmosphere upgrade. Service was good and manager said hello, but this restaurant was pretty much empty Sunday evening good reason. Burger at our table was bland and chicken quesadilla about the same. Bigger insult, a charge for sauce for the quesadilla
Very nice looking restaurant but that is where I have to stop sadly. The table service was a mess and the food was lacking. I've had Tex-mex all over the United States to include Texas and by far this was some of the worst. The dishes were overpriced and a very an unauthentic flavor. I don't know how to explain that it didn't taste like Texas or Mexican food at all.
Fantastic food everytime. The cheese fondue was to die for. We always love coming here.
