Love this place and the owner. Im from texas, and we have alot od good bbq down there and since being in Tennessee I havent been able to find a brisket, let alone one that was cooked anywhere close to good- but the second i sunk my teeth into a brisket sandwich at Single tree - perfection! Felt right at home and now its my go to bbq spot.Especially if im able to snag a doco donut for Charlie to make a sticky steer/hog. Which blew my mind.Go try them. Had quarter chicken plate. Meat fell right off the bone! Hot BBQ sauce really complimented the awesome chicken. Green beans were great and I appreciate they were not cooked with pork. Great service too.
