BoomBozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse

For 4 yrs we have been going to trivia at the Murfreesboro location. we go evry other Wed. We arr at 6pm we eat, order drinks, alcohol, and appetizers. we have anywhere from 6-12 people in our group. about 1 yr ago the male manager asked us if we could call ahead and let them know we were coming and how many were coming so they could prepare a table for us so we could all sit together. when 1/2 of us get there they seat us. We ALWAYS have 1 lady who gets there late b/c of her work hours and schedule and distance to travel (coming from downtown Nashville in rush hour traffic) but she always arr at 7pm and orders food and drink. Last night our group went to Murfreesboro to the BOOMBOZZ there for dinner and trivia. we arr at 6pm. There was going to be 8 of us. We called ahead to give them a heads up like we've always done. We get there and they inform us they will NOT seat us until we have all 8 people there. We reminded them 1 of us won't be arriving until7 and we demanded to be seated. Again they refused and said they would ONLY seat us when the last person arrived. While we're all waiting and begging for a table and more cooperation from the manager more tables are being occupied. the manager who was not helpful or pleasant or understanding and said the rules are the rules. Then we had a member of our group show up unannounced so now we have a party of 9. My husband went to talk to the hostesses and manager. We have 8 people present. we need to be seated. our 1 lady WILL ARRIVE at 7pm They refuse AGAIN! The manager retreats to the back. a few minutes later my husband asked for the manager again who did not come out at all for quite a while. SHE MADE HIM WAIT ON PURPOSE! When she finally did come out she agreed finally to "seat" us but... there was a caveat, she refused to seat us together! At this point we are all feeling we are dealing with a person who is not qualified to be a manager or who has not 1 professional bone in her body. Just a cruel vindictive woman who has an ax to grind in life. There was an 8 top open(1/2 booth/1/2 chairs) and we refused to be split up and asked for this 8 top for our group. she even told us she👎 would put us at the 8 top and our 7pm lady would "have to sit at the bar when she arrived". My husband tried being nice and explaining to her this is unacceptable. We have used this 8 top many times and put the 9th person at the end. Again she refused to accomodate our group. 9 entrees. 9appetizers. 9 drinks and wine. We ALL walked out the door. The servers lost a huge tip. The business lost a MINIMUM $300 food/ beverage purchase last night (and now going forward) b/c no one in our group will EVER go back. NERDYTALK Trivia lost 9 players. I honestly cannot believe this is how a business treats people who have been coming there for FOUR YEARS. And I WILL be posting on ALL of my social media accounts what happened. on IG/FB/X. We went to NEIGHBORS across the street and gave them our business. They made a lot off of us. you know what they did? They pushed two tables together and put a chair at the end and accomodated ALL OF US. It is beyond me how any business can have a manager like the Murfreesboro Boom bozz does and survive in this competitive market.

Had a nice first time experience...ordered their new Caprese Sandwich, with a side of fries. Incredibly delicious sandwich which I hope they keep on the menu.
Ambiance is typical for a taphouse/sports bar. And service was quick and friendly, without being too interrupting.

Gave a 3 for customer service. The food was bland.... It looked seasoned, but no.

Understaffed at the server level & bar. Good bartender but no bar back to help. Inexperienced hostesses managing the seating…5 ppl..2 adults & 3 kids placed at an 8 person table while large parties waited. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait & 50 minutes later our party had to sit at different tables. We won’t be going back to this location until management gets it under control.

So I opened the top and that was okay and then I looked at the bottom and that whole thing that I paid for $25 was burnt !!!!!!!
They don't appreciate your money this company !!!!

The food was amazing, but there was no one there at all! It was unseasonably cold, so maybe everyone just stayed home

I was excited to try the pizza after reading the reviews and seeing the photos. Pizza had ok flavor but was really dry and didn’t have a lot of meat on it. For the price, I would have expected better quality. When we travel to Murfreesboro to visit our daughter we like to try new places we do not have in Knoxville but this one left me disappointed. I will say the cheese bread was good.

Boombozz is an establishment that I had heard about for years but just recently was able to go to and try. This location was smaller than expected but still offered plenty of room for a lunchtime visit. Service was fast but lacking in the friendliness and good demeanor department. While this is only the 2nd time I have had Boombozz pizza, it was still amazing. We all got different items and ate it family style so we could try new things. I have not been disappointed yet and will definitely be back, but it is more likely for carryout. Definitely recommending placing an order and enjoying there bomb food!

I’ve been to BoomBozz a few times now. The first couple times the pizza and service were great. This last time was disappointing. It took a very long time for us to get seated and for the food to come out. When it did come, the pizza was very salty and, frankly, mediocre. I would have given a lower rating if I hadn’t had good experiences here before.

Wanted to like this place but def pasta i do not recommend, wings are good however asking the waitress how many sauce we could order and she said as much as you want but they sure charge .60 each which is no big deal but just say it. Margaritas are okay. Check came out saying at the bottom you get 4% when you pay cash which again is no big deal but don’t advertise or display that on Check if it not real. And I don’t see very nice to ask “do you need the change” come on just get the change and wait for tip. And give the opportunity to pick and not force to get 20. Sometimes it’s just the little things what make the difference from good restaurants. Had to say is sorry
