I’m so tired of this location not giving double protein in my orders when I pay for it… I pay $20 for a single bowl with double protein and get a single portion when I order on DoorDash or Uber eats. Unless you physically walk into the store and watch them make it they ignore the extra stuff you paid for in your mobile order. Don’t waste your money here.

just puked my guts out for 12 hours after eating here, also every time i go past 9pm they are out of literally everything that makes a chipotle bowl a chipotle bowl, how can you say you have no chicken, steak, rice, guacamole, sour cream, and many more things and expect anybody to order literally anything. ??

Food is getting more and more expensive the guacamole price for what you get is ridiculous. Portion size are getting smaller. They half scoop your protein and rice and charge full price.

i don’t ever take the time out of my day to write reviews, but today I am. Whoever are the two girls working at the bowl and meat station at 5:37pm need training on how to be nicer to their customers. The girl on the meat station threw my vinaigrette container with no care in the world and just had a “i’m mad at the world” personality. I get people have bad days, totally understandable but that sort of behavior in general is gross to take it out on the people paying for the food. The two guys at the end were nice though!

Lobby was a HOT mess. And the drink machine area wasn't stocked. My husband even told the employees they might want to clean up before a secret shopper arrives and discovers the mess. Food was good though.

Everytime we DoorDash they mess up the order. Seems they also skimp out on the portion size as well. Best to go there and order so you can make sure they fill up your meal completely and correctly! Also Everytime I have gone in to order the servers are extremely rude and unhelpful.

For the past three times after 8:00 p.m. it seems to be online orders only. I went there on January, the 2nd week of February and today, 02-23-24. Today I was told the credit card system was down, so I offered to pay cash. The cashier seemed ok if I was gonna pay with the exact change which I was, yet one of the line servers told him not to. If you’re not going to customize your order to the point, don’t waste your time. They’re probably overwhelmed with DoorDash, Uber eats, etc…

Ayoo I didn’t go in with my man last night because he went after work but we order the same thing everytime and who ever wrapped that chicken burrito with a side of guac and his lil steak and quest bowl he gets I just wanna say THANK YOU. It was a short lil THICCUMS burrito and I loved every bit of it perfect amount of service area to spread the guac on it was hands down the best one I’ve ever had. I wish you all good things in life!
