Out of basic items like Chips. After giving me less than a full scoop of chicken I asked for a little bit more, but two employees said they could not give me any more anymore because their manager is super strict about portion sizes at that location. Compared to other locations, I think this one is poorly managed.
They were out of items, the ice machine was broken, and the restaurant area was filthy. So disappointing.
The food quality here is very inconsistent! Yesterday was my first time trying this brand, and I ordered a bowl. I thought it was good. But today, on my second visit, I decided to try a burrito, and it felt like there was very little filling inside. It was completely different from what I got yesterday.
