It was almost as cold inside as it was outside, so our food was not as warm as we would have liked, Our server lacked a lot. I normally love Chuy's, but after this visit, it will be a while before I come back.

Food was hot and enjoyable as always, but it was the server, a young gentleman by the name of Ethan who made the experience enjoyable. That young man would always check on our table every time he passed, even after being in the middle of handling another table. Drinks stayed full, there was a smile on his face, and he was always moving to care for everyone in his section . His customers came first just like how service should be. If you stop in, ask for this young man.

This is one of my favorite places. The food is so good, the atmosphere is stimulating, great service, and you gotta try the tres leches cake. They can get super busy during peak hours.
