Ordered here twice. First time I got two slushies and two cookies for my kids and a red velvet frappe for myself, everything went smoothly. However when I ordered the second time for my husband I asked for a biscoff cookie frappe and was given an ice latte, I asked if they could just blend it up real quick, they refused rudely and told me that's what I ordered. Then I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. If you mess up maybe just take accountability instead of leaving others to deal with it.

First time customer! We did a Superman theme birthday for a family member that is a cancer survivor. Loved how the staff offered to let me pick the size of the cookie, they verified the details of the design, and was very helpful when I picked them up. Very satisfied with my experience. Thank you to the staff for your help! ?

The milkshake was amazing! But when I realized there was espresso in it and I said no to it, I was disappointed. The work space was clean and the girl that helped us was friendly but forgetful. My husband bought a medium and got a small. He asked for espresso and I got it. I’ll probably go back but I hope the order doesn’t get messed up again. Also, there are plenty of flavors to choose from for a cold treat!

Absolute best customer service. My son wanted a cookie cake for his birthday. He also has a corn allergy and can’t have corn starch or modified food starch, which is in almost EVERYTHING so, I called to ask the ingredients because I couldn’t find them online. I was told the cookie cake nor icing had them. Then, without my asking, they offered to send me a picture of the ingredients so I could be sure. When I picked the cookie up, it was perfect. I really couldn’t ask for better. Thank you!!

Bought a cookie there last week. I took a bite and immediately realized this cookie was not fully baked. I went back to the counter and asked for a refund. I was told they couldn't give me a refund and that all their cookies were "soft" like the one I had and that I could pick another if I liked. This cookies was clearly doughy. Why would I want another just like the one I just had? I have never had a cookie like this before from this company. This made me emotional as I am clearly pregnant and should not be eating raw cookie dough. I left, and immediately had to run to the nearest bathroom where I puked for about 10 min. I will never return to this business.
