So it's the Saturday before Fat Tuesday, and the place was empty. It was early, but the waitress didn't even know if they had crawfish. They did & we ordered a lb of cajun spicy to try. Absolutely no zip & somehow the tails were really fishy. Similar to what we've had in a Chinese restaurant. Very disappointed, but now we know we will not try again.

Will NOT COME BACK. THE ALL YOU CAN EAT IS A SCAM. Our first boils were tiny and was the only thing that initially came with fried calamari. If you want to order more, forget it. It won’t come!! For backstory, My family has been here often. The service has gotten worse over time. This visit, we Chose the all you can eat buffet for my family of 7. We tried in November, and thought our order was slow after our initial order but didn’t think too much of it. We just had to take it to go with our boils. The waitress at that time said we could take our leftovers as long as it wasn’t ordered to go. This time we visited New Years Eve, and the restaurant was very slow. It wasn’t busy at all. We Waited over an hr for our sushi and other food to come out. My children were waiting to eat this whole time. I said something to the manager. Then our food comes by the bunches. However, by this time We’d been sitting and waiting for 2 hrs and had somewhere to be. When we asked for containers because we couldn’t stay any longer and wanted to eat our food, the manager had issues with us taking our food. The waitress was ok since we waited so long but the manager was not ok with us taking our food. Some food items we ordered and never came and the manager then cancelled one of our boils because it hadn’t come, we couldn’t eat it and she wouldn’t let us take it. That sounds crazy! For the trouble she still charged us a fee to take the extra food, as if that was a favor to us! We spent over $300 and waited on their kitchen way too long. For the lack of customers, our food should NOT have taken so long and we shouldn’t of been charged ANY additional fees. My children wanted their food so we agreed to just pay the fee because we needed to go. We will not be back to their establishment and I don’t recommend their all you can eat! It takes far too long when you order. I understand why they’re never busy. It’s a shame because it’s a place I use to enjoy eating. For the amount of money you pay, the service needs to be better and the manager/ owner shouldn’t be greedy. She also tried to make it seem we made up some server when we visited back in November when we explained what she said. Again, this wasn’t our fault or our intention to take food. We had to go and didn’t anticipate waiting this long when they weren’t busy. We will NOT BE BACK I will take our business elsewhere.

Food was fresh and delicious. Brian was so pleasant and honestly the best waiter/server we have ever experienced at any restaurant ever. He really made the experience very pleasant.

The owner or manager is extremely shady and disrespectful. I went here on 12/12/24 and ordered the all-you-can-eat seafood bag. My first bag came out, and I ate it all. I ordered a second bag (the bags are small since it’s all-you-can-eat), but I received an emergency call and had to leave. When my second bag arrived at the table, I asked my original waiter if I could pay to take it with me. She told me to wait because she was going to ask.

Then the owner or manager (I’m not sure which) came to my table with a nasty attitude, completely unaware of my current circumstance. She looked at me with a rude expression and said, “Next time, don’t order a lot of food.”

What she said had ZERO relevance to me wanting to pay for my second seafood bag so I could leave due to a family emergency.

She has a nasty attitude, plain and simple. Whether she’s the owner or manager, I don’t care—she is a slim Chinese or Asian woman with a mean, evil-spirited vibe. She even started policing me at the table while I was with my family. My original waiter, on the other hand, was an angel. She was very sweet and even apologized for the mix-up.

I’ve been here once before and never saw this woman, and I always had a great experience in the past. This time, however, was terrible, and I will be taking this issue up with the higher-ups. Also, the potatoes in my seafood bag were overcooked and rough, just to add to the bad experience.

They made my order wrong with mussels of which I’m allergic too I realized when I got home and been calling 3 days straight so I finally came in just to be told he couldn’t do anything because I don’t have the food !!! Why would I keep the food over night and bring it back and seafood at that ? That’s nasty as hell THEY DID NOT REPLACE MY MEAL OR MY MONEY

Perfect family dinner spot! Took my wife and kids here, and we all loved it. The seafood was super fresh—our kids devoured their seafood boils, and my wife and I were blown away by the lobster and sushi. The staff were so friendly, making us all feel welcome, and they even brought out crayons and coloring sheets for the kids, which was a nice touch. The relaxed atmosphere made it easy for us to enjoy a great meal together. We’ll definitely be coming back—five stars all the way!

I’ve been here multiple times, and never had an issue. I came in last night with my friend and we were so excited. The server was nice, I guess, but he was not attentive to us at all and would keep checking on other tables besides ours. On top of waiting forever to get our checks so we could leave, I HAVE FOOD POISONING NOW. My friend said as soon as we got our food “this ain’t fresh”. 0/10 will not be back.
