When it comes to the coffee, this location is hit or miss. They don't seem to have enough help in the mornings when the big rush is on. You can order via the mobile app for walk-n but rarely is it ready when you get there. I order exactly the same coffee every time and it tastes different every time. not consistent. Some days it's great others I just want to pitch it. Perhaps if you order in non-eat times you might get better service all around.
I work at the VA hospital nearby. I usually use the drive through, so no experience inside or with mobile orders. Even when super busy, my order is taken fast. Regular drive through times. People I've personally met have been kind. I read the reviews on here, and it sounds like a lot of people go to places with pre-expectations. Keep up the good work. Not every day is easy, but you have to push through especially with untitled customers. America does run on Dunkin

Cleanest Dunkin we have ever been into, lobby and bathrooms. We'll stock of Dunkin merch, no empty holes or boxes lying around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were out of the type of bagel I wanted, had no others that I could personally eat and instead of being gruff or having an attitude about it they offered a coupon to come back with or other food items I could get instead.
