Worst run dunken I've been to. This is near my home so I was looking forward to it opening. Never again, they are consistently out of donuts or don't have enough employees. I like dunken but will never bother to stop at this one again

Being so close to my house, this Dunkin location and it's staff have gotten to know me very well. Every time they see me, I'm greeted with kindness and respect. The drinks are always prepared to my liking except on the rare few occasions. Their donut selection runs out quick, so if you want to get the good donuts, get there before noon.

Food was pretty pricey for the quality. I ordered 2 croissants that weren't fresh at all, yet had to wait several minutes for them to be prepared.

A bunch of young kids who have no desire to care about the quality of their work or customer interaction. I live across the street and have been burned more than enough times. The middle aged man who appears to be the manager is the only one who seems to care. Waited in line for 15 minutes for a matcha and a late. Late comes out luke warm and the matcha was about half full. Hire better/more help because the manager and the older lady are the only two that seem to give a shoot

I don't get all of the negativity with this place. We are from out of town and wanted to get some coffee. I saw that there was a Dunkin', so I stopped in. Everyone here was super nice and attentive. The lady behind the counter even felt bad for pronouncing my name wrong! I thought the customer service was great, they listened to my order and got it correct. There's about 2 in room on top, but that's the same with Starbucks and every other coffee place I have been too. There's nothing wrong with it. The coffee was great, and my donut was fresh. The customer service was fantastic. What else could you ask for?

Started going to DD a few weeks ago. I go most every morning for half/ caf. The service is FAST and done with a smile. I highly recommend the Memorial location

3250 ALWAYS makes my drink right! Employees are polite and helpful. If you've got somewhere to be in less than 10 mins try out the Dunkin app! You can collect points and order ahead to save time :) It's been really helpful ordering ahead on busy mornings when I need to be at the office early or getting my kids to school on time. Heather scoffed and gave looks of bewilderment when taking my order. Yes my order has two flavorings it's not so unusual. When she brought my order to the counter she didn't look my way or may eye contact to show who's order has just came out. It was a large cup and only 2/3s full. I checked my receipt and yup! That was mine... I have never had this problem at this or any other location before and I am regular loyal customer of Dunkins more expensive drinks. I tried the drink and it was made wrong. It was watery, diluted in color consistency and flavor. The crew last week honestly did a better job handling my order.

Avocado toast was weird!!! couldn't figure out if the toast was nasty or the avocado!! taste freezer burn??♀️. but the ice coffee was great ??.
Wow! Wish I had read reviews first before taking the time and spending the money to go this morning. I had a simple order Small Hot Cappuccino with 2 sugar and vanilla flavor. What I didn't say was be sure to fill the cup. I thought that was a given but I received 1/2 of a small cup. Since I went through the drive up, didn't realize until I was at my destination. Sad, sad, sad to have been prepared to enjoy coffee and only receive a "tasting". Am I a little upset?? Yep, you bet because it was $2.79 and I had 7-8 drinks out of it. I will say the flavor was good but I won't bother going back for just the flavor. I want a full cup when I order one.

Usually a great store and friendly staff, but every time I order a drink with my rewards it is disgusting! Need I say, I order the same drink every time I go to Dunkin and my iced mocha latte tastes like they mixed a cup of coffee with water (and looks like it too)! Very disappointing Dunkin’! I’m heading to another location for an actual iced mocha latte. Order ahead is not the way to go.

I've been going to this Dunkin for a couple weeks now since moving to this side of town. I haven't had a complaint so far! The line goes quickly and the workers have all been polite. The food and drinks have been good as well.
