I see so many reviews on here talking about mobile orders having to wait, employees being rude. I was there today during their busiest time, when they are packed, and they have been dealing with short staff, as i go there often, they are doing the best they can with the volume of customers. The managers Maggie and Rochelle are great and always try to smooth out any problems, they both go above and beyond. Sometimes you do have to wait, but there might be reasoning behind that....

I will start by saying that I do not like to leave a bad review generally, but I have had consistent issues with sitting in line in the drive-thru for too long. Everyone is always nice, and I'm not sure what the problem is. The longest I have sat is almost 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. I have also had instances where I've been asked to pull forward because they are still working on my food and I have sat and waited for over 10 minutes. I went in to get my food and...

So the reality is that service was not a five overall however I will give the three employees that showed up and tried their best a 5+. The drive thru line was long and slow. When I reached the order board, the manager was kind and apologized several times. We slowly moved to the pick up window and the young lady at the window was sweet and friendly.
