I needed to talk with the manager about a work situation. In the middle of our conversation about the issue, she didn’t like what I had to say and she said, “ this conversation is over.” This young lady was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent to do that to me, an individual and customer. I spoke with the District manager and another manager of corporate about the situation and they kindly resolved it. Thank you to them. I suggest they fire this young lady, she does not know how to properly interact with individuals when a problem arise.

The food is OK for pre-packaged food. The coffee is good for dunking coffee. The staff at 5 AM are great. That's why I keep going back to this Dunkin.
Food was not edible and tasted old. Hash browns were really dry and burnt. Bacon egg and cheese croissant was burnt and had a burnt taste to it. Definitely will never order from this location again

We love Dunkin but this location just sucks. It’s pretty much a guarantee your order will be wrong. The food always looks like it was slapped together. The drinks are always bad. The donuts always taste like they’ve been sitting out for 24 hours.We’ve given up on this place and are going to try the one on the other side of the interstate.

Everytime I have gotten a hot chocolate from this Dunkin it tastes like flavored water. I even give them the benefit of the doubt and stir it, but it's always disgusting. I waited a year and a half before writing this because it seems silly, but I've wasted so much money on bad drinks. Please just use the standard Dunkin ratio for the hot chocolate. It's really gross when you don't, and it's very noticeable.

i waited 15 minutes to get my order taken cause the cashier was caught up making drinks which then created a massive line. when i got my order taken it was wrong. then waited another 10-15 for my food to even come out cause they only have one person in the kitchen. then when i went to eat my food it was cold. the atmosphere felt very rushed and my drink wasn't mixed i was drinking the sugar out of my drink through my straw. i'm very upset

My phone was misbehaving, so I landed at this Dunkies for some wifi and directions to where I was heading. No muss, no fuss and I got a small coffee to keep me going.It's a standard Dunkin and at 4:00 pm, the donut selection was quite limited. But we would certainly expect that this late in the day.Vegetarian options: Yes, donuts can maybe be vegetarian.Kid-friendliness: Munchins!Parking: They share the building with an urgent care but there's plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Step free access though no powered doors.Dietary restrictions: I think tree nut allergies will be a real challenge here and gluten but coffee is always a good option.
