I needed to talk with the manager about a work situation. In the middle of our conversation about the issue, she didn’t like what I had to say and she said, “ this conversation is over.” This young lady was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent to do that to me, an individual and customer. Mid coffee. Starbucks is a step up, The Bean Loft is even better than both. Tell Akirah I sent ya!These little cream cheese everything bagel bites though? Amazing. I only get them when the drive thru is empty.
