I made an online order and my phone changed my location to Medical center instead of church at. Instead of making me drive to Medical center the awesome staff at the church at location remade my order and called the medical center location to cancel that order. I was helped by Wyatt and he was so kind.

It was a little busy so it took a while to get our sandwiches, but it was worth it! My dad and I got a warm welcome as we entered and the staff was great! If you want a good sandwich for lunch, I would recommend stopping by here!

I can never eat here again. I worked here in Feb of 2023 for only a few weeks. When I was talking to the manager about a job I requested that I be put into a position where I didn't have to talk to the customers because of my disabilities. Instead she put me in a position where I had to yell out the person's name. In response to that, I tend to freeze and not move for a couple minutes. (It's called Absence Seizure) When I asked the manager for my hours one week she said I was fired for my pre-existing conditions. I talked to the district manager and he sided with the manager saying I wasn't being "productive" enough. The manager also said that my coworkers did 95% of my work. If this is what a reflection is about the standards of Firehouse Subs where they fire people with disabilities and lie about the amount of work the base employees do then It'd no surprise when I thought about suing the company for being prejudice against people with disabilities.

I have been ordering online from Firehouse since they opened on South Church St. It has always been quick and easy and their subs are great.
Recent changes to their web site requiring you sign up or sign in to their site has made ordering from them a tedious and onerous process.

I noticed that someone named Zach said the only reason he gave them a 3 star was due to them giving to fire fighters. I personally will NEVER set foot in ANY of the stores owned by these owners! I made sure that NONE of my pro, college or high school athletes buy from them again. SEVERAL times I have asked for donations or discounts for law enforcement or youth and several times the owner did not even respond! I have known the Sorensen family since they had their first store in my hometown of Jacksonville, Florida. They sold the company but I will and still do support ANY Firehouse location EXCEPT these owners! GREED! A couple of months ago i asked the greedy owner to donate but would have bought from them even if it was a discount but crickets! The Sorensen family would hate to hear this. It makes me think that maybe I should get a group together from our pro athletes and become direct competitors to his stores!! We actually had gotten Jersey Mike's to give a discount for the sandwiches. The thing is, they STILL would have made money from our group that was raising money to support local law enforcement.

I came in at 8:57 due to a very long day. The staff here was cleaning up and still offered to make my sub. I never try to be the guy that comes in late, but they gave me no grief at all and were very accommodating. Highly recommend this location.

Walked in for a snack and I was greeted. Walked out to see if they would di it again and yes. So I did a 3rd time and was greeted. The staff and I was all smiles. I ordered a hook and ladder. It was fresh hot. I had a drink chops brownie and cookie..... don't judge me. The gm wad there and i notified him of the job the staff did. It was clean employees are friendly no one was just standing around no one was on the phones. This is a place I will revisit. I also want to give a shout out to the e.ployees that was there. Ali, Rowan, Summer, and Sam. Thank you all fir making my day. Shout out to Alber and Brian
