bad experience. i spent almost $40 on two sandwiches and bought them through the website. i completely customized one of the sandwiches and once i placed the order all of the customizations went away and it’s completely inedible to me now. can’t even ge tit redone because the app messed up and took all the customizations away would never ever in a million years recommend ordering through the app if you don’t want the sandwich exactly how it comes because it won’t listen and will delete all edits. very disappointing most likely never returning way too expensive for such a big mess up

I made an online order and my phone changed my location to Medical center instead of church at. Instead of making me drive to Medical center the awesome staff at the church at location remade my order and called the medical center location to cancel that order. I was helped by Wyatt and he was so kind.

It was a little busy so it took a while to get our sandwiches, but it was worth it! My dad and I got a warm welcome as we entered and the staff was great! If you want a good sandwich for lunch, I would recommend stopping by here!

I can never eat here again. I worked here in Feb of 2023 for only a few weeks. When I was talking to the manager about a job I requested that I be put into a position where I didn't have to talk to the customers because of my disabilities. Instead she put me in a position where I had to yell out the person's name. In response to that, I tend to freeze and not move for a couple minutes. (It's called Absence Seizure) When I asked the manager for my hours one week she said I was fired for my pre-existing conditions. I talked to the district manager and he sided with the manager saying I wasn't being "productive" enough. The manager also said that my coworkers did 95% of my work. If this is what a reflection is about the standards of Firehouse Subs where they fire people with disabilities and lie about the amount of work the base employees do then It'd no surprise when I thought about suing the company for being prejudice against people with disabilities.
