Firehouse Subs Church Street Murfreesboro

Me and some friends eat lunch there every couple of weeks. On Friday July 10 we went. One of the guys can not eat onions for a medical reason. He orders everything with no vegetables. They put vegetables on his sandwich when pointed it out to them they took it back and just scraped some off. He had to go through the sandwich piece by piece to remove the rest of the onion. We will never eat at any firehouse again

placed a to-go order with a bowl of soup & large sub. ate half the sub, moved onto the soup and there was an eyelash or small hair in the soup. put the lid on the soup and decided not to eat anymore of it. moved onto the other half of the sub and took two bites before a long black corse hair was wrapped in it. my husband and i were eating in the car so my husband immediately ran back inside to let them know what i had found and they gave us the hardest time. they offered to remake it, and i obviously didn’t want to eat anything else from there after finding the hairs. the manager didn’t want to give us a refund and stated that we had eaten half of the sub so we didn’t need one. if i only wanted to eat half of a sub, i would have ordered half of a sub. finally got a refund but beware that you may have a long black hair in your sub or a small black hair in your soup.

Chicken n cheddar ranch is awesome. The fries are phenomenal. This is my first visit to Firehouse and now it will be the only sub shop I will go to from now on.

Really terrible service they have in this town we went with my husband to buy a sandwich and the lady who served us was charging us 8 dollars more and it still comes out disgusting when I asked her what those 8 dollars were and just because we are Hispanics she treated us with a lot of racism this had never happened to us in any other restaurant or fast food

Came in the restaurant about 8:15 pm. So about 45 minutes before closing. It felt like they weren't enthused about us coming in. Pretty sure they had been shutting everthing down. It took longer than usual to get our food. A couple of our sandwiches were cold. One lady said we got something that we didnt receive (sauce for the French dip). This was not a great experience tonight for sure. If you close at 9, you don't start shutting down an hour before

The Manager on Duty went above and beyond to ensure we received outstanding service with our online order even though we were early, It was truly the best customer experience I’ve ever had!

The manager Tonya has a bad attitude with the consumers . She has no understanding that the consumers are the whole business . She yelled at my daughter when all she was doing was trying to place an order . I'm very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere. We were getting subs here for the pass 2 years we have had problems before but we were understanding . This can not keep happening and keep regular consumers. Management and employee were talking about a previous customer. Very unprofessional and got size of meal wrong and then argued with me about the size. Of course had my receipt. I won’t be back. Kim Beal
