The place was empty when I arrived, so there was no wait, which was nice. The price was fair for a lunch plate. Unfortunately, the food didn’t taste very fresh and lacked flavor overall — that was the biggest downside.
I live within walking distance, so I stop in fairly often and I like everything I’ve tried so far, but tonight I tried the most delicious thing (other than the baklava) I’ve ever put in my mouth— The Hot Veggies Wrap. This will probably be the main thing I get from now on! I also want to compliment the family that owns and runs it. They are friendly, kind, and helpful.
Our group couldn’t have been any happier with my decision on where to stop for lunch on road trip from Illinois to Florida. Fresh, tasty wraps for $8.99 (2024).
Far better than stopping for a burger, Subway, etc.
