Stopped by on a whim on Feb 26, 2025, wishwd I hadn't. Team leader Willam was not the most friendly person. No ketchup available, nothing communicated about that. This pic is the BIG hot ham & cheese. Only BIG thing about was the bread.

We stopped here from out of town and it said they serve breakfast till noon. The person on the counter was not even listening to us and asked us at least twice. They did not serve breakfast they are out because we are 10 minutes before noon.

Awful. Usually try Hardee's once when I come to the south and this is why. I got the Super Star combo. Burger was stone cold, fries cold, no wonder the place was empty. Should have gone somewhere else.

UPDATED: Tennessee regional manager reached out. Gave me some coupons for some free burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Was very polite and apologetic. Changing my review until the next time I go on the service side to 5 and overall to 3. We'll done Hardee's...
