Well, it’s never open so it’s not that great 🤷🏼♀️
If it is open it’s either drive thru or inside only and half the time my drink is wrong...I’ll just drive further to a better store...that’s open...where the partners are kind.
I have to admit when I found out there was going to be a Starbucks located down the street from my job, I was super stoked! In the beginning, this Starbucks location on Cason/River Rock Blvd was amazing but recently it has gone down hill! The baristas have attitudes and show no ability to provide empathy or any type of customer service; my drinks are made incorrectly far too often and they act as it is my fault when the drinks are wrong and when they offer to remake the drinks...read full review
