The food was fine, but the attitude from the drive-thru was completely unacceptable. After ordering, my family mentioned that we forgot to order a couple of waters. I figured I would ask at the window if we could add some cups of water. I wasn't sure if they were still free or if they had a small charge. How far the Chicken Biscuit has fallen… I got a chicken nugget on a biscuit. 😒
Order-taker (young female from another country) charged me a different price than the drive-thru menu and when questioned said “that’s what it says on my menu here (points to lobby menu that I can’t see)
She then asked me to pull up with no traffic behind me...I declined and she said, “we get in trouble when a ticket is held too long.” What???
