Great venue. Love the concerts
Drove 4 hours. Was told no outside drinks inside the venue while walking to the gates so we were made to toss them. Waited in line for 3 hours watching the employees eat and drink in front of everyone. Was told we were in the wrong line by probably 6 or the 7 security guards only for us to point to the sign to let them know in fact we were not. From what I hear other guests had to tell them where to post them. Oh also no access to bathrooms outside the gate. No metal detectors....read full review
As a concert venue, granted this is based on one experience. It was awful. The venue did not provide the required security per the contract with the bands, so the bands canceled the show.
Hop Springs failed well in advance of when the doors were supposed to open, then strung along everyone waiting in line for hours before announcing the show was canceled (nearly 2 hours after doors), and then did not make any social media posts announcing the cancelation for those still...read full review
