I really love the smoothies at Jamba Juice. However, I recently noticed the bananas on the counter looked very dark, almost rotten. They seemed overripe, and I would expect fresh bananas to be used in my smoothie. Overall, I enjoy coming here, but I hope they pay more attention to the freshness of their fruit.

Disappointed. Drove all the way here to try the juice at this juice shop, but they were all out of juice. Tried the wild strawberry smoothie, with almond milk, however they only have dairy based yogurt. I didn’t love the smoothie, but it was cold and okay overall.

Customer service was a 10/10! She was quick, patient, informative and very nice.

I normally have a good experience when I go which is quite often. However, my last visit was not the best. My bowl was made incorrectly and I was not happy at all. I even tried to call, but no one answered. So, that visit was a waste of money.
