Great customer service, especially since it was my first time ordering, and I had questions! The quality of pizza was not what I expected. The chessy bread and dessert pizza were not eatable. The pepperoni pizza was tolerated because we were very hungry.

I stopped in to get lunch and Meek was super friendly and helpful. He told me Jetts makes their own crust and sauces (love the ranch!). My pizza was perfect! Jetts really does have the best deep dish pizza around! Thanks for great service, Meek!

The place was really packed, line outside the door and the automated order system got my order wrong. Staff offered to remake it but I declined she was really nice and apologetic about it.
