My co-worker ordered a sandwich on her lunch break today and it took them over 30 minutes to deliver it. When she finally got her food, she called this restaurant to let them know that she was dissatisfied with her service. Whoever the girl was that answered was incredibly rude and then hung up on my co-worker. Outstanding customer service and they’re open til 2am
I order from jimmy John’s frequently from work today I got my usual tuna sub only this time I had ordered extra tuna. I got the exact amount I usually do only I paid for the extra. Called in to let them know it didn’t have extra and was told that it’s only level scoops and they would ask the cook(which I’m sure would remember making my sandwich above all others) I don’t think I’ll ever order from there again I’m disappointed in the fact they didn’t seem to care...read full review
