KFC is a restaurant with a drive-thru and dining area. On a visit in January 2024, the drive-thru was efficiently managed by two workers, while those in the kitchen were busy fulfilling orders. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication and assistance between the kitchen and front counter, causing delays for the few customers present.
The chicken pot pie served was praised as the best by one diner. The staff members at the register and food pick-up were described as nice and extremely pleasant, making for a positive experience. Despite some operational issues, the service provided by individual staff members was appreciated.
