Thank You Larry!
Larry is 64 and working at KFC. Today I learned he was striving to show the young people around him to be happy and Smile. We had a short and great conversation about how life is to short to be unhappy and miserable. My food was great thanks to Larry. Before we left Larry was delivering food to cars in the rain. My son saw Larry and said",Wow, Larry is a really good guy." I agreed with my son.

However, some feedback highlighted issues with the staff, particularly a lady at the counter who was perceived as rude and unhelpful. Despite these concerns, the staff members at the register and food pick-up were still described as nice and extremely pleasant by others, making for a positive experience overall. Although there were some operational issues and long wait times in the drive-thru, the service provided by individual staff members was appreciated.
