Poorly managed, I went through the drive thru and was told they were out of original recipe. I was told it would be 25 minutes . I said I would wait for original. The girl asked if I was getting smart. I told her no but I don't want extra crispy. I waited 20 minutes for what was extra crispy redropped. They apologized for the wait but still gave me what I implicitly said that I did not want! I worked at KFC in high school and we were held to a much , much higher standard!...

Hands-down, this by far the bedt KFC throughout all of Davidson and Rutherford County. The chicken is always fresh and warm, the coleslaw taste like my auntie made it 😋 the food is always on point! The customer is great! It's mostly an all women crew, at least when I go. These ladies are doing their thing at this location.

I have never had to complain about my food or order. The employees to me, are easy to talk to of there is a problem with an order....
