I have eaten here for 20 years. Should have left a review before today. This remains my families favorite place to eat in the Boro. Lovely people and delicious soul food. I would rate it higher than 5 if I could. The dressing and water corn bread are are out of this world!
I'm born and raised in Nashville and you don't want to visit the city of Murfreesboro and not stop by for lunch or dinner old school soul food is own their menu and it's like slowing down not in a hurry

Delicious food and great staff. We were looking for lunch in Murfreesboro and decided to try this place out. If you want a home cooked meal cafeteria style….this little gem is worth a try! Food was seasoned and delicious. Portions were huge for us! We will definitely be back again!
