Get to see the doughnuts made. Had almost no doughnuts at 8pm. Understandable... But waiting in line with 7 workers that I can see and only 1 helping isn't. I asked if I had to pay full price for assorted dozen. Lady said you pay for what you pick. I had 4 assorted and the rest normal since they didn't have any more. Had to pay full price assorted.

It is supper friendly, they offer an hot sample right when you in font of the counter while I am still thinking. The store is so clean, they keep it up. This location is best I visited so far.

I like using the app and getting their specials. I usually go inside and tell them what I want and that is the best way. I tried ordering in the app and using the drive thru. They got 4 or 5 items wrong. I didn't know until I got home. I wouldn't have minded but I ordered all filled or special items that cost more and if I just got different specials I would have not cared but I got 3 glazed instead of filled cake ones. I tried to call but no answer. I filled out their online form about something wrong and it's been over a week and nothing. I will just go inside and point to the ones I want in the future.

I do not come often but when I do I am ALWAYS let down. I only come for one thing and that's the cinnamon rolls. They NEVER have them, and I always hear the same excuse that their machine was down. This is the 3rd time I have visited and they did not have them. Do not waste your time and money on this location.

So yummy! One of my donuts seemed a little stale but honestly a slightly stale donut is still pretty good ??♀️ No hot donuts when we visited, so I knew what I was getting into. Staff was awesome and apologized for the wait, but I’m not worried about having to wait in the middle of the day on a weekend. It really wasn’t even that bad of a wait.
