It is supper friendly, they offer an hot sample right when you in font of the counter while I am still thinking. The store is so clean, they keep it up. This location is best I visited so far.
I like using the app and getting their specials. I usually go inside and tell them what I want and that is the best way. I tried ordering in the app and using the drive thru. They got 4 or 5 items wrong. I didn't know until I got home. I wouldn't have minded but I ordered all filled or special items that cost more and if I just got different specials I would have not cared but I got 3 glazed instead of filled cake ones. Get to see the doughnuts made. Had almost no doughnuts at 8pm. Understandable... But waiting in line with 7 workers that I can see and only 1 helping isn't. I asked if I had to pay full price for assorted dozen. Lady said you pay for what you pick. I had 4 assorted and the rest normal since they didn't have any more. Had to pay full price assorted.
