I placed an Order # 11439231168315392 and it was supposed to be ready at 12:35 am for the Murfreesboro, Tennessee S. Church st location. When I arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order, I sat at the drive through window for almost 25 minutes and nobody ever came to the speaker or waited on us. Aside from the nasty fries that Krystal’s now has. The food is served cold. I ordered a little before 5 on 1/18/22, I got my food right at 5…it was ice cold when I got it home. I only live 10 minutes away and didn’t have my windows down. This is unacceptable. Then when I tried to call, they wouldn’t answer. Worst experience ever. I wasted $11 on something that is ADVERTISED as served “Hot” and “Steamy”. They should change their advertisement to “cold” and “gross”.
Wait is always 20-30 minutes or more. Ordered a sackful which is 24 burgers and 2 orders of fries. Not one burger had a pickle on it, some burgers had onions others did not and barely a spot of mustard on any of them. The fries they served us are hard as a brick.
When you call their store you go straight to voicemail and the box is full so you can’t leave a message. I am forced to call corporate.
