The so called General Manager is rude, blasfimis, no customer service etiquette, blames the customer for something they did not do & had to go fix the situation to be how he described, employees not wearing their masks or did not have them on correctly, & acted racist!
Contacted their Facebook page (has not read or acknowledgedmy responses) , Contacted their corporate complaint page (again no acknowledgement! )
Never even got to order any food!!
Very clean and pleasant background music. Service was served with a smile 😃 and the crew seemed to get along nicely. Food was reasonable priced and was what it advertised...highly recommend this establishment
My husband and I stopped at a Pilot gas station to use the restroom and noticed there was an Arby’s, we decided to grab a quick bite. We were greeted by Cory and boy what a breath of fresh air! He was incredibly kind and welcoming, and honestly, this was the best fast food experience we’ve had in a long time.
We ordered the brisket sandwich and a Jamocha shake both were absolutely delicious! Even the mac and cheese was surprisingly good.
