Was told at the drive thru it would take atleast 20 minutes for our order no matter what we ordered. We agreed to wait, really wanting Krystal’s. All we ordered was 2 pick 5s with Krystal’s and two chili dogs. It took over 20 minutes. What kind of service is this!? How is this establishment even operating???Update: 25 minutes in and she comes out with half of the order and chili fries we didn’t order.

This place has really fallen down hill. Have the time you go they never have what you order or they are turning people away or not even answering the com so you can order. What’s the point of being open, at 7 last night was told it would be 15 mins to get the grill back up….total waste of time.

Went at lunch time today. THE BEST TASTING KRYSTAL I've had in ever . Had to go back for more to see if it was a (fluke) .To my surprise taste even better. So for the single KRYSTAL cheese burger it's a 5 all day !!!!

Food great. Service great. You can't eat inside the restaurant because they apparently don't have enough crew to staff the counter. So you can only order drive-thru. They don't have any outdoor trash cans to leave your trash if you wind up eating in your car in the parking lot, which is what we did. So, great food, great service, but unfortunately you can't eat inside the restaurant and that's kind of a bummer.

Absolutely terrible. Told it would 35 minute wait for 4 Krystal burgers. When we said that was fine and proceeded with the order, the employee was disgusted and passed the headset to another person trying to talk us out of ordering. When we pulled up, all four employees were just standing up front playing on their phones and having a good ole time. Food was disgusting. Do not recommend. Have tried there twice in the last three weeks with identical results.
