Good drive through.
Understaffed. Staff doing the best they can.
I want to recognize Kevin and Devonte at Krystal for their incredible professionalism, compassion, and customer service. They treat people with genuine respect, care about their community, and go above and beyond every single day without judgment. Managers like this are rare, and both Kevin and Devonte deserve to be recognized and promoted for the positive impact they bring to this location!

Krystal offers fast service, sometimes lacking attention to detail like forgetting to ask about size or cheese on orders. Despite this, the food is always good. Customers praise the taste of the Krystal cheeseburger, rating it a 5 out of 5. The restaurant has great food, but due to staffing issues, only the drive-thru is open, which limits the dining experience as there are no outdoor trash cans available. Customers have noted issues with the restaurant's operations, such as being closed during advertised 24-hour hours and equipment malfunctions, leading to a disappointing dining experience. However, the fries have been consistently praised, and the restaurant remains a favorite for some customers since childhood.
