“Don’t let the location fool you — tucked in the back of Sitane Market & Deli sits one of the most authentic pho experiences I’ve had in a long time. The bowl arrived loaded with rice noodles, tender beef, meatballs, seafood, and fresh greens swimming in a rich, clear broth that clearly had some serious time put into it.
I paired with crispy egg rolls for an appetizer, and it was definitely the kind of meal that hits every note.

What really made it special was the atmosphere. The staff at Sitane were friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged — I ended up having a great conversation about the NFL Draft between bites, which honestly made the whole experience feel more like eating at a friend’s place than a restaurant.
