TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE MEMORIAL LOCATION IN MURFREESBORO. They do not care about their customers. They are completely apathetic.
I gave them a large order today and I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with them again. Freakin ridiculous
Sitting here at Little Caesars Pizza on Memorial...for over 40 minutes now...ordered a thin crust pepperoni, and the cashier snapped back, "That'll be a wait." I told her I wanted it, anyway...as well as a regular cheese pizza. Time on receipt says 6:10pm. They said, "Pull into a parking space, and we'll bring it out to you." 20 minutes pass, so I get out of the car and walk inside to ask about my pizzas. They said, "The lobby is closed."
