Thank You Larry!
Larry is 64 and working at KFC. Today I learned he was striving to show the young people around him to be happy and Smile. We had a short and great conversation about how life is to short to be unhappy and miserable. My food was great thanks to Larry. Before we left Larry was delivering food to cars in the rain. My son saw Larry and said",Wow, Larry is a really good guy." I agreed with my son.
Worst KFC in Murfreesboro period there never anyone at the counter and no one is nice and the wait is very very long waited over 25 mins for a door dash order
Last time I will ever go to this place. Placed my order and drove up to the window. The girl that supposed to me servicing the window was wrestling around with one of the guys instead. I would be scared to try the food if that's what's happening in the kitchen. I left. Won't go back.

KFC is a restaurant with a drive-thru and dining area. On a visit in January 2024, the drive-thru was efficiently managed by two workers, while those in the kitchen were busy fulfilling orders. However, there seemed to be a lack of communication and assistance between the kitchen and front counter, causing delays for the few customers present.
The chicken pot pie served was praised as the best by one diner. Another customer described the KFC chicken as the best they had ever eaten, noting it was juicy and really crispy. However, some feedback highlighted issues with the staff, particularly a lady at the counter who was perceived as rude and unhelpful. Despite these concerns, the staff members at the register and food pick-up were still described as nice and extremely pleasant by others, making for a positive experience overall. Although there were some operational issues and long wait times in the drive-thru, the service provided by individual staff members was appreciated.
